Quality Control personnel analyze data in SQC Pack for Windows. We use this program to capture statistical data on finished goods and molding processes. With a continual feedback loop of information during new mold tryouts, QC personnel work with our Process Engineers to tune in a process to achieve a cpk of 1.33 or better.
