| Tii's equipment
consists of 24 Nissei machines ranging from 7 1/2 tons
to 240 tons including 2 all electric machines. Shot sizes range as small as 0.001
ounces/mm and as large as 16 ounces/mm. The presses are
located in a 26,000 square foot facility.
Manufacturing cells are structured with
dedicated customer teams. Each cell contains the support
equipment to ensure an efficient and high quality
operation. Closed loop cooling tower systems are in place.
Tii operates 24/7's with a lights out
operation from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am daily for automated
operations. For semiautomatic operations, Tii has flex
shifts to operate the presses 24 hours a day.
Segregated Clean Environments are
dedicated to micro and miniature molding operations. Each
has its own team of dedicated process engineers, quality
personnel and operators. A combination of all electric and
hydraulic Nissei presses from 7 1/2 to 20 tons are used in micro
and miniature molding. Electric injection molding presses
provide tighter process control. This results in
consistent quality and shorter cycle times. |
